Bringing the high cost of audio to down to earth prices is what it is all about at Pacific Valve. The
Timester amplifiers have been around for a long time, but this simpler, lower cost version is really worth
looking into. The Timester T-300 has plenty of power (6W X 2) for high efficiency den / bedroom
speakers, versatile headphone jack (32 – 600 ohms) , EL84 output tubes, 6J1 input tubes in a compact
6” X 10” X 6” package.
The T-300 has two inputs, volume control, headphone jack and a 110v / 220v voltage switch. The sound
is on the musical side with a warm midrange and the signature EL84 great low end, which is surprising
for an amp of this size. With an output of 600mW , the headphone jack has plenty of power to drive even
the most inefficient high impedance phones.
