Processing your warranty begins at completed the repair form. Click here. Be sure to check the box indicating that this product is covered under warranty. We usually check anyway, but just to be sure.
We will email you a return maintenance authorization number, RMA number where you can send the product back to us for repair. Shipping back to you is free during the warranty period if unit is found defective and we are shipping the unit to the continental USA.
If a tube goes bad during the warranty period....
The Pacific Valve & Electric Company warrants its vacuum tubes to be free of defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.. If you suspect that your vacuum tubes are defective, you may return the tube to the Pacific Valve & Electric Company for a replacement. In the event that you return a KT88, KT98 or an EL34 Vacuum tube, then all these types of tubes in the appliance must be returned for proper matching. To return defective tubes email us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will email you a return maintenance authorization number, RMA number where you can send the tubes(s) back to us for replacement. You must pay for shipping to Pacific Valve & Electric Company.
